* One (1) winner will receive a credit from Sponsor, to their personal Global account following a successful negotiated settlement by DMB Financial’s settlement advisors with a creditor acknowledged within a client’s debt settlement program. The credit will be applied towards an outstanding debt obligation with said creditor and will carry a value up to, but not to exceed $5000.00. In the event that the maximum credit of $5000.00 does not cover the agreed upon debt settlement amount in its entirety, the client will be responsible for the balance of payments to fully satisfy the agreed upon settlement. DMB Financial will determine, in its sole discretion, which creditor and/or settlement will be targeted and selected. Winners will be notified via telephone and/or Email in November 2016.
